HOW WE WORK

At The Lease Bureau we charge a fixed fee for all of the work we do, so both the Landlord and the Tenant are aware of the cost in advance. We DO NOT charge office disbursements as these are included in our fees. View our Fee Schedule.

1. YOU COMPLETE AN INSTRUCTION SHEET

Simply fill out the Instruction Sheet (As soon as the Landlord and Tenant have either entered into an Agreement to Lease, or signed a Letter of Intent, or verbally agreed on terms) and forward it to us via email, fax or post.

2. WE PREPARE A DRAFT LEASE

We prepare a draft Lease that reflects your instructions. (This incorporates the appropriate Standard Terms and Conditions.) Generally we will have this draft lease to you within 48 hours.

3. APPROVED AND RETURNED

The draft Lease is considered by both parties, approved and returned to us with any required changes noted on it.

4. FINAL DOCUMENTS PREPARED.

We will then prepare the final documents within 24 hours of our account being paid and arrange signing, checking and distribution.
